Sam Lastarr

Sam LaStarr is a digital and 3D artist whose work often centers around the concepts of connection, identity, and personal experiences. Their work frequently features layered symbolism to convey emotions and experiences from their life in fantastical and surreal settings. They have enjoyed a lifelong love of art and their work has been featured in the 2021 Dogwood Arts Regional Art Exhibition at The Emporium Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. LaStarr lives and works outside Chattanooga, Tennessee with their lovely spouse, spoiled miniature Dachshund, and a robo vacuum intent on destruction. In their off time they can be found drawing cartoons, gardening on the patio, and trying to master the art of preparing the perfect cup of tea.
