Definitely Not Therapy: Monthly Mental Wellness for Creatives is every third Thursday from 6-7 PM at Walnut Street Publishing. This gathering is a wellness coaching space for creatives to reflect on where they are mentally, identify areas to focus on, and build a personalized map for reconnection.
